{"id":16,"date":"2024-09-26T06:16:11","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T06:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soapberrywebsites.co.za\/inspired\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2025-02-18T15:22:10","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T15:22:10","slug":"abstract-submissions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/inspired-ped.com\/2025\/abstract-submissions\/","title":{"rendered":"Abstracts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<h5>\n\t\t\t\tThe 3rd Congress of\n\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/inspired-ped.com\/2025\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Inspired-Name.png\" alt=\"Inspired-Name\" title=\"Inspired-Name\" itemprop=\"image\"  \/>\n\t<h2>INternational Society of <\/h2>\n<h2>Pediatric REspiratory Diseases<\/h2>\n\t<p>The Only Global Congress Focused on Pediatric Respiratory Diseases<\/p>\n\t<h5>\n\t\t\t\t26-29 JUNE 2025  |  BARCELONA, SPAIN\n\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\t<h3>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED\n\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<h3>Abstract Guidelines<\/h3>        \t\n<h5>\n\t\tTravel Grants for Young Investigators from Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) to attend and present your research at the International Society of Paediatric Respiratory Diseases (INSPiRED) Congress.\n\t<\/h5>\n\t<p>INSPiRED, with funding from the <strong>Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation,<\/strong> is\u00a0pleased\u00a0to announce that\u00a0a limited number of travel grants will be available for\u00a0young investigators\u00a0from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to attend and present their research at\u00a0the INSPiRED Congress.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The eligibility criteria:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>young investigator (under 40 yrs at the time of the congress)<\/li>\n<li>from a low or middle income country (LMIC) as defined by World Bank &#8211; with ln to the list of countries<\/li>\n<li>reside in a LMIC<\/li>\n<li>research (as contained in abstract) has been done in a LMIC<\/li>\n<li>no other source of funding to travel to Inspired<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The deadline for abstract submission and applications is 17 FEB 2025 <\/strong>but\u00a0we strongly encourage early submission.<\/p>\n<p>For those submitting an abstract, early bird registration rates will be available for 30 days following the notification of acceptance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>Abstract Submissions<\/h4>        \t\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAll submissions must be in English. English is the official congress language and all presentations must also be in English<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAbstracts should be submitted via the on-line submission system only; abstracts submitted by fax or email will not be reviewed.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAll abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Scientific Programme Committee.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAbstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAll abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tNo corrections can be made to an already submitted abstract, please save as a draft to make edits and ensure to submit afterwards, please note that a draft submissions do not submit unless you complete the submission and draft submissions will not be reviewed.<\/li>\t<\/ul>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tThe presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tThere can only be 1 presenting author and the rest co-authors.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tAfter your abstract submittal, you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming your successful submission.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tWhat is an encore presentation? An encore presentation is one where you have already presented the submitted work before. For example if you have presented the work at another event.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tOriginal abstracts are recommended.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tPlease enter submission information carefully, information will be published exactly as submitted.<\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\tIf you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact the Congress Secretariat at congress@inspired-ped.com<\/li>\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<h3>Submission Guidelines<\/h3>        \t\n\t\t\t<h4>Presentation Type<\/h4>        \t\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<p>Oral(Oral presentations will be asked to present an oral presentation at the congress including a PowerPoint presentation and Q&amp;A with the audience)<\/p><\/li><li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<p>Electronic Poster(Electronic poster presentations will present a rapid talk while standing at their electronic poster while an audience is gathering around to ask questions during a break, will be allocated and you are required to be present at all times.
