CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected].

For valid cancellations, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • 91 days or more prior to the Congress: No cancellation fee. Full refund, less any applicable bank charges.
  • 90–61 days prior to the Congress start date: Refund less a €100 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 60 days prior to the Congress start date: No refund will be issued.
