Dr. Rina Triasih, MMed(Paed), PhD,is a lecturer, researcher and consultant of pediatric pulmonology in the Department of Child Health, Dr. Sardjito Hospital/Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Her medical and pediatric training was at UGM Indonesia. She undertook pediatric respirology and research fellowship in Department of Respiratory Medicine at the Royal Children Hospital, Melbourne, Australia and completing her Master degree (2008) and PhD (2014) at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Dr Triasih is now the President of Asia Pediatric Pulmonology Society and was the chair of Pediatric Respirology working group of the Indonesia Pediatric Society (2021-2024).
Dr. Triasih’s fields of interest are: tuberculosis, pneumonia, asthma, and international child health. Dr Triasih has been a speaker at some regional and international conferences, and has published her works in international journals.
