Dr. Michele Ghezzi specialized in Pediatrics in 2015 at the University of Verona. In the same year, he obtained the ERS HERMES Diploma in Pediatric Pulmonology.
He currently works in the Department of Pediatrics at Buzzi Children’s Hospital in Milan. His main clinical and research interests include chronic cough, severe asthma, congenital lung malformations, and pediatric airway endoscopy.
Dr. Ghezzi is an active member of the Italian Pediatric Respiratory Society (SIMRI – Società Italiana per le Malattie Respiratorie Infantili). He served as Coordinator of the Junior Members Forum from 2021 to 2023 and currently coordinates the Society’s “Lung Malformations” Study Group.
